Exceptional Guides Who Made All the Difference - This was our second tour with Expedition-Go Tours, and it was even better than the first! We specifically requested the same guides, Eben and Michael, because they are simply exceptional. They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—especially with our elders, who were the focus of our family trip. Their thoughtfulness, knowledge, and genuine care stood out in every moment. The company’s communication was also excellent, keeping us updated and making the whole experience smooth and easy. But truly, it was Eben and Michael who made the experience unforgettable. We absolutely appreciate them and are deeply grateful for the way they turned a great tour into something truly special. Highly recommended! -Mr. Frank

Great day! - We had a very pleasant day despite the rain that surprised us. Our guide Eben managed well and adapted the program to be able to enjoy all activities despite the not very favorable weather. The boat tour in Akosombo is a must!

10/10 day trip 👌🏿👍🏿 - Ebenezer proved to be an exemplary tour guide, ensuring that my father, cousin, and I had a memorable and enriching experience. Of particular importance was the sense of safety we felt throughout the excursion. While we have participated in similar tours facilitated by other providers whilst here in Ghana, we often experienced a degree of unease with the driving practices of some operators. In contrast, Ebenezer’s professionalism and attentiveness as a driver greatly contributed to our comfort and confidence during the journey. From a personal standpoint, I was especially appreciative of the manner in which Ebenezer adapted the itinerary to accommodate the needs of the elder member of our group—my father—without diminishing the experience for other participants. His ability to discreetly adjust aspects of the tour, such as moderating the physical demands of certain activities (e.g., climbing), while maintaining the dignity and inclusion of all group members, was commendable. This level of sensitivity exemplifies a high standard of practice in inclusive tourism. Furthermore, the thoughtful incorporation of smaller, culturally significant stops—such as our visit to Hot Oven to sample freshly baked Ghanaian bread—enhanced the authenticity of the overall experience. On this basis, I would strongly recommend Ebenezer’s services to prospective visitors.

Boat tour alone worth the price of the trip - This was my second tour with this company and again it was well organised with excellent communication. Eben my guide was steller! He is an all rounder, guide, photographer, historian etc. He was punctual, super friendly, professional and, he showed great care. He drove well, his car was comfortable and air conditioned. The highlight of the trip was the boat tour, the region and lake is stunning. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The tour guide at the safari was also good and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend and would use them again.

Moses Made the Excirsion Worth it! - We did the full-day excursion in Accra. The safari part was just okay — we only saw a three zebras, one ostrich, one snake caged in and some monkeys and a bamboo. The highlight for me was definitely the boat cruise — it was calm, relaxing, and a nice change after the safari. What really made the trip worthwhile was our guide, Moses. He knew so much about the area and kept the group engaged the whole day. He also checked in often to make sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, which I appreciated. If you book this trip, ask for Moses — he made a so-so day into a memorable one.
