The additional stop at Fitzroy Island provides ample time to relax and unwind, with a buffet lunch at Zephyrs restaurant overlooking Welcome Bay. Alternatively, explore the island and beaches on various self-guided national park walking trails. *Inquire about optional on-island activities such as a guided kayak tour or a visit to the turtle rehabilitation center.

Great day out. Perfect... - Great day out. Perfect weather, would recommend . We saw sharks, sea turtles. Absolutely amazing. Loved the slide was an added bonus

Great intro to snorkelling and excellent location. 4 hours to snorkel, eat, and also go on the glass bottom boat. - Young team who know can teach 200 plus people how to snorkel and take them to an area where there is abundant coral and fish. Awe inspiring snorkelling.

Fantastic - A wonderful experience indeed. The only issue is that the submissable activity was cancelled on our trip and that was the activity I was looking forward to do. Otherwise glass bottom boat was amazing.

Worth the experience - We loved this cruise
Sunlover staff were very helpful, they help my wife do the helicopter ride as a last minute addition.
The cruise was very comfortable and well managed.
Doing both places in the same day was a great experience.
Just ensure that you have enough stock of essentials with you including towels, sea sickness tablets, instant coffee / noodles etc as these are very pricey (understandably) on the cruise.
Also, there is no WiFi on board.

We loved it - We had a good time at this tour. The team was very friendly and helpful. They even arranged for a last minute helicopter ride for my wife. They don’t have WiFi onboard the cruise and also you should come well stocked and prepared as everything onboard is priced at a premium (understandably so).

Don't use this company! - Extremely disappointing. Not wanting to snorkel we booked a trip that contained both a glass bottomed boat and semi submersible thinking this would give us a good experience of the reef. When we got there the semi submersible part was cancelled for 'planned maintenance' but no one mentioned this when we picked up our tickets the day before. The glass bottomed boat tour turned out to be a 20 min trip over a small area of dull, poorly inhabited reef that bore no resemblance to the images in their marketing material. There was no attempt to compensate for the loss of a major part of our tour and we were left on the pontoon for 1 1/2 hrs with nothing to do. The lunch on a nearby island was okay but we came to experience the Great Barrier Reef and we absolutely did not. These trips are expensive and we set out excited about witnessing one of the worlds great natural wonders but the reality was shockingly poor. We returned feeling angry, disillusioned and totally ripped off. I'll be contacting the operator for a full refund.

Worst day trip I’ve ever been on. - Worst trip ever. No morning or afternoon tea only lunch. Buffet on Fitzroy island it was horrid. As we weren’t one of the first to buffet no fruit all gone not restocked. Cold meats hadn’t been long out of freezer still icy. Rest of the buffet mainly scraps. Lucky to get a couple os prawns. No butter for bread rolls -melted.
