Highlights
  • Adrasan - The route of the yacht will follow the coastline; affording excellent views of the “Lycian Way,” beaches and bays, pristine nature, wild rocky ledges, and dazzling blue water; civilization has not been reached here yet. Turtles like this coast a lot and they are frequent visitors of these lovely beaches – maybe we will be lucky and will see one of them? Who knows? It will be wonderful to see them and discover their life. - Suluada - Our first swimming break is on Suluada, which is known as the “Maldives of Turkey”. Uninhabited and of volcanic origin, it has a wonderful bay for swimming, a mineral spring with healing properties, and rock lakes. This is an unspoiled and beautiful island with clean water and white sand. After swimming, you’ll be pampered with a simple fish lunch on the boat. Having relaxed, we proceed to the American bay and Kargıcak bay. We’ll enjoy the cold water and the magnificent view till 16:30 and collect nice memories. On our way back with bus, we’ll have a break.

Recommend - A long day from Kemer 9am - 5pm. Expensive beer on boat - 7 euros per can. Remember snorkels. Food basic but ok - chicken and pasta salad.

Good value for money. - Good value for money, food was nice, staff were friendly, would recommend if you are nearby, perhaps a bit too far away for us in hindsight but we had a good day. We were collected from our hotel near Lara beach at 12.45, we stopped for food on the highway at 3pm which was fine, we got to the marina around 3.45, straight onto the boat. We lay on the top deck on beds, music was loud but we didn’t mind however the music was not appropriate for the children on the boat if they understood English (one song was about drugs which was quite comical and others with lots of swearing.) We didn’t take enough cash (our own fault of course) and they said they couldn’t accept card (which i understand in the middle of the sea) however we had pictures taken which were presented to us at the end to purchase in frames and card payment was not an issue back on shore, shame we couldn’t purchase more drinks and receive a bill at to pay at the end, they would have made much more money from us. The island that we visited was nice and as it was late in the day and had spent the afternoon travelling I would have preferred to stay longer than travel to an adjacent coast to be in the shade. (We were originally supposed to be going in the morning but was told the day before that the morning was full) it wasnt an issue going later for us. The communication was good. The island we visited was stony and would recommend taking appropriate footwear if possible, it was a small beach area with many other boats but it was beautiful. Im a nervous passenger and I felt the driver of the minibus was driving way too fast and too close to other vehicles but any driver in turkey has always driven the same in my experience, driving at high speeds on dark roads but we got back to the hotel safe and thats the main thing but it was uncomfortable for me. We had a nice day all in all.

A trip to the Turkish Maldives - The trip was very good, but the first stop was far too crowded and there seemed to be a few hundredpeople on the beach. At one point, two boats swung into each other and anyone caught between them would have been in trouble. After that, the rest of the trip was excellent, including the lunch that was cooked onboard. There was a lot of shade on the boat, which was good. The driver was also very good and we enjoyed the stops where Gozleme was made fresh.

Maldives it is not, but canny day out! - We had a lovely day out. Maldives it certainly isn’t lol. All the boats go to the same place so the 2 stops they make are extremely over crowded and quickly turn into Blackpool beach! We travelled from Kemer and takes around 80 minutes to get there. Driver stopped for 15 minute break 10 minutes from destination which wasn’t needed. Stopped at what could have be described as a service station and feel they are doing it, as all in it together to make money as was full of buses going to boat trips. Worth booking as a full day out. The beaches are all pebbled so hard to walk on. All in all good little day out!

Magnificent landscape but tourist factory - Breathtaking magnificent landscapes, we were on the upper floor of the boat there were tables and chairs while all the other boats had deckchairs or mattresses to lie on the ground. There were a few mattresses on the floor but not enough for everyone upstairs. The places were magnificent but there were a lot of people everywhere, a real tourist factory.

Hardly the Maldives - We were staying in Lara beach, booked this through our jet 2 rep who explain 1.5 hour minibus transfer. There was a slight discrepancy in the transfers time as it took closer to 3 hours there and 3 hours back. Boat was ok nothing special, the boat we were on, had no atmosphere, no music or anything. We had fun jumping off the boat at the stops. But for us it was a long winded day and I wouldn’t really recommend it. We stopped at two stoney beaches then a sort of cove to jump in. But there was nothing spectacular about these area. No info or points of interest from the crew. Then at the end of the ride they stand there with a tip box for doing nothing. Wish I didn’t waste my money to be honest.

The boat trip itself was... - The boat trip itself was very good, very scenic and enjoyed the time in the water. However no mention of cash only payment on board, wouldn’t let us have a bottle of water in 6hours of continuous asking in 45 degree heat because we didn’t have 50 lire in cash on us which is like £1 gbp. Would rather let us dehydrate to death…

Nothing to do with Maldives!!! - Never again! We booked the tour through the hotel. We were promised a dreamlike landscape, with lots of nature and bathing would be an experience. The fact was. That the boat was so crowded, the first stop sp crowded that you only saw boats and people. You could actually jump off the boat. But since new boats arrived at the minute tskt, one was literally chased out of the water. Since there's probably so much going on there every day, we haven't seen a single fish. Swimming was hardly possible, as the beach was full of boats and you could not and were not allowed to swim between the boats. So you stayed in front of the stony crowded beach with 100 other people. The trip was not cheap and not worth 1€ for the stress or this mass handling!

Bad choice - Sure this place is not like Maldives. Just 50metre clear water - stone beach. We spend 11 hours for 1 hour beach time. The lunch medium. The transfer bus was old and air-conditioning not working enough. Without guide guides. Nothing services. Big group.
