Fun cycling in Barossa, Clare Valley and McLaren Vale - Great trip, excellent food and wine. Good bikes and helmets. Trail was a bit hilly on the first two days so don’t be afraid to get the e-bikes!! We had a fun group of people in our small group and Damian was a great tour leader. He was very flexible based on the groups wishes and made the trip very enjoyable. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Office Christmas Function - Booked this event for our Office Christmas Function (Brilliant SA) and it was a fantastic day out! Collected from our office by bus and started our bike journey along the McLaren Vale Shiraz Trail. Visited markets, wineries & a brewery along the route. Great guides, quality bikes (including E-bike option for those who want an easier option) So many laughs and certainly something none of us will forget. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time - This was my first ride with Tour De Vines and having ridden with other groups was not sure what to expect. I certainly not expecting the high level of professionalism we received. A big thank you to our guide Damian who had an excellent manner and depth of knowledge. The ride went without any issue and the quality of venues and inclusions was as good as any I have had anywhere. I would happily ride with them again.

My fourth bike tour with Tour Devines - 6 day bike trip (4 days actual riding) through Barossa Valley, Clare Valley and McLaren Vale with Tour Devines. Blessed with perfect Autumn weather, and just enough bike riding - mainly on rail trails - to justify tasting the beautiful wines of the region and beautiful gourmet food. Would I do another bike tour with this company? You betcha!

Highly recommend - If riding a bike at a leisurely pace through the vineyards of McLaren Vale is your kind of thing, stopping for tastings and lunch along the way, you’ll love this day trip from Adelaide. Our guide, Paul, did a great job in showing us around. The bikes were in excellent condition. Lunch was delish. The pace was just right for a casual rider. Can’t wait to do another one.

Fabulous Day Cycling from Beechworth to Milawa - Fabulous day cycling with my friends from Beechworth to Milawa celebrating my 50th birthday. Who would have thought turning 50 could have been so much fun! Lunch at the Cheese Factory was superb and I was made feel very special with a welcoming bottle of Champagne & birthday treat for dessert provided by Damian. Booking our trip through Tour de Vines was simple uncomplicated and so easy to do. Definitely would recommend this fun trail ride to anyone whether you are a beginner or an experience rider.

Five fabulous days of cycling, wining and dining in beautiful SA. - Just completed the lovely Tour de SA Vineyards, our second ride with tour de vines and enjoyed every minute of it. The tour was well organised, varied, flexible and felt very much personalised to our interests and riding ability. Our tour guide Paul was great...entertaining, knowledgeable, flexible and made sure we all had a great time. The three wine regions we toured all offered something a little different...Clare and McLaren Vale were the stand outs and the wine was superb. All our meals were excellent, showcasing SA produce...our only difficulty was finishing them! Thankfully we could cycle off a few calories! It was lovely to arrive at accommodation, wineries and restaurants to a warm welcome with everything arranged. Accommodation was varied and interesting...from historic pub to a high end city hotel....all very comfortable. Paul's flexibility and responsiveness to our interests resulted in a couple of new tour experiences including a fabulous swim and a beer at the end of a hot day cycling in McLaren Vale...perfect! Damian is great to deal with and also very responsive and considerate of individual needs/ circumstances..thanks so much for the great experience we had been anticipating and looking forward to for quite some time. We are looking forward to our next adventure with tour de vines...Cambodia and Vietnam in January.

Superb day out - Thanks again, Damien, for a great day out on the bikes. Just the perfect way to start a great weekend. Quick transfer from Adelaide and no pfaffing about, just straight into it. Very civilised bike trail, even for the balance-challenged (which I was that day) through some great wine-growing country. Good stops along the way. Bring your sunscreen, and a water bottle (I forgot mine) Well worth the stretch down to the pub, and thanks for a great lunch. Definitely needed some hill-work after that. A great day out!

Cancellation 5 minutes before pick up, incredibly disappointing - My partner and I were travelling to Adelaide for the weekend and had booked with this company well in advance. We were waiting at the Playford hotel for our pickup at 9am when it got to 8.55am and we received a text message from the company stating that the tour operator was very unwell and could not undertake the tour. Despite receiving a refund we were incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this company. My partner and I would have been more understanding if we had received more advance notice than 5 minutes and had the news been delivered via a telephone call and not a text message. I hope the company takes this feedback on board.
