Stunning views and wildlife, get to KI - After the trip from Adelaide to Cape Jervis, we took the pretty quick and easy ferry across to KI. From there Scott our tour guide was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and was able to throw in good amounts of humour too. He helped make a really good day even better. The places we stopped were great. We saw loads of seals at Seal Bay and Admiral Arch and the Remarkable Rocks were so much bigger than anticipated. Lunch was also really nice and served by some really nice people. Amazing views all day, we got lucky with some good weather with patches of rain that passed really quickly. Definitely one of my favourite day tours in Australia. Book it.

Highly recommend!! - This was an amazing day trip!! It’s very long, but you definitely get to see a lot on the island. Our guide Dani was incredible and gave us so much information about Kangaroo Island and pointed out what we could see while driving. Since there was a lot of driving on the trip, it could have felt like it was wasted time being on the coach, but Dani made sure it wasn’t and she was great at making use of all the time we had throughout the day.

Your was canceled without proper notice - Our trip was canceled at the last minute because of weather, like others have mentioned, without notice from the company. Bus driver who showed up at 6:30 am to tell us about the cancellation said they had tried reaching us. However, I had no messages or emails from them, despite the fact that I had messaged with them two days before. There were about 5 others standing in the bus station in the same situation. I’d like to submit my review without having to select stars since we never actually got to go and experience what others have raved about, but since I can’t give feedback another way, I decided to submit a review to alert others that cancelation is a real possibility and to urge the tour company to do better about the notification process. The bus driver was very nice, and I’m sure the trip would have been amazing, but sadly we weren’t in Adelaide long enough to try again.

CANCELLED WITH NO NOTIFICATION - Booked two nights in Adelaide specifically to do this tour only to have it cancelled WITH NO NOTIFICATION!!! Understand the ferry running is out of their control, but at no time did they let me know that it was cancelled. Woke up at 5:00 am to meet bus at 6:15. Tour operator showed up and informed us it was cancelled and said they should have contacted us. I went through all my emails and no email or phone call/text stating it was cancelled. Tour bus operator then said we had to call the office (using our international phone with international rates) to get refund. Luckily, front desk at hotel called. VERY DISAPPOINTED in lack of communication and no back up options for our only day in Adelaide. They did not offer another tour or any options for the day.
