- â–·What should we take?
- On paragliding flights, the mountain temperature prevails, so dress in comfortable clothes and bring a sweater or jacket in case it is cool. It is essential to come with sports shoes.
- â–·Do you recommended taking anti-seasick medication?
- The paragliding flight is normally very stable and the passengers do not feel any adversity or dizziness. However some days, to stay longer in flight, it is necessary to make turns that allow us to stay inside the thermals. If you are excessively prone to seasickness, you can take the medication you would take if you were traveling by car.

Amazing!! - What an amazing experience! The pilots were very friendly and reassuring, and gave us clear instructions! Very caring and supportive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Thank you for a most memorable experience!

Amazing and safe ! - Amazing experience! My son (14 yo) and I both never did Paragliding before. So chose tandem paragliding with Overfly. The day for which we booked was vert windy after storm so they moved it to the next day. That day was windy too at the original location of flight so they took us to another location. And it was the Wow experience. Pilots were super friendly and crew was operating on Safety first basis. All the instructions were proper and spot on. We waited for wind to pickup abit. Flight was approx 10-15 min but views were just beautiful. Had an option of buying photos and videos after the flight. Pick up and drop was on time and very comfortable. My son enjoyed it as well as I did. Overall highly recommended. Must try for all ages.

Great experience and great team! - My husband and son were encouraged for the first time. Great team, you can tell they enjoy what they do. All very close and very professional. They really enjoyed the experience, I would recommend them!

Just perfect! - Absolutely phenomenal experience! Inez was lovely, she kept in contact and let us know where we had to meet and when. The pilots were friendly and knowledgeable. All in all it was a perfect experience!

Best adrenaline experience ever - Overfly are so professional at what there do , paragliding was some thing my wife and I always wanted to try when on holiday in Tenerife and we are so glad we did what a great team they are our pilots where amazing explained every little detail about our flight , the views and flight and smooth landing brilliant can’t thank them enough that’s why we highly recommend overfly best ever

First class experience! - I was really nervous before taking off, but when I overlooked the buildings and the boundless sea at a height of one thousand meters, I instantly felt that the experience was worth it. The whole flight process is very gentle and comfortable. Combined with the high altitude and sea view, the whole flight experience is very pleasant and novel. The pilots also operate very professionally, have sunny and humorous personalities, and can also speak English. The only thing to note is that those who are afraid of the cold are advised to bring a thin jacket because the wind blowing during the flight will be cooler.
We will take photos and videos with the GoPro they provide throughout the flight, but you have to pay to get it, which is 40 euros per person (photos + videos).
At the beginning, the instructors would drive us to the top of the mountain, help us put on the necessary equipment, and then tell us what we need to do when taking off, etc. It was not difficult, we could take off easily, and then we just needed to sit back and relax. And just enjoy the whole flight.

amazing flight - We wanted to try new activities on the island and we 100% recommend flying with these guys. The experience was unforgettable, seeing southern Tenerife from the air with Mount Teide behind you is priceless. Super professional, clear explanations, very friendly and focused on customer safety.
