Ghana Tour - We had the best tour guide ever. He was very knowledgeable and took good care of us. He didn’t mind us asking him a million questions,LOL We will definitely be using your services during our stay in Ghana.

Great experience, me and my family loved every minute. - Eben was a great tour guide, he picked us up from the hotel on time and took us to multiple places around the city. He was eager to answer any questions me and my family had and made our day as comfortable as possible. When visiting Makola market he was able to navigate us through the hectic crowd very smoothly. Great Tour of Accra - Went on a tour on a Wednesday in February to get to explore the city. I first reached out to the tour a day before on WhatsApp to confirm if they could pick me up from my home and they quickly responded within the hour to confirm, which is greatly appreciated since not all tours offered direct pickup. I was then connected with my guide Moses for pickup details. On the day of the tour I was warmly welcomed by Moses at the pickup location and thus the tour began after going to one more pickup location. We were a total of 3 on the tour which I was satisfied with as it allowed for more personalized attention. Moses was helpful in answering all of our questions whether it was about the tour or recommendations on places to visit, or opinions on topics. The tour consisted of 3 museums, 2 marketplaces, and a visit to the Independence Square for awesome photos. Having Moses as a guide was great as he was very attentive, engaged, and take great photos. I appreciated his help in the marketplaces to get lower prices and to step in when the sellers get a bit pushy. Overall, the experience was great and I definitely recommend it. I might try the tour again for the other locations they offer if I'm in Ghana again.

Fabulous trip around Accra City - Very good tour around Accra City. Our tour guide, Moses, was friendly and knowledgeable. We learnt so much. Worth the trip and worth a revisit.

Authentic - This was such an amazing experience! My guide was Eben, and he was such a wonderful host! He made the tour enjoyable and comfortable, answering any and all of my questions, while also giving me informative facts about Ghana’s culture and history. Every museum was nothing short of amazing, the guides along the way were so great, they really provided a lot of insight into Ghana’s powerful history which is extremely important! To top it off, we were able to go through the wonderful and dynamic Makola market, which was so cool. I really lucked out and got to see a Ghanaian artist performing while walking through, thanks to Eben. Overall, the experience was so authentic and worthwhile, I got to see a little bit of everything and really enjoyed myself. Eben went above and beyond during the trip. He was a driver, guide, photographer, Suya searcher, and security all in one, which I greatly appreciated!! 10 out of 10 experience, I highly recommend, so go ahead and book! Many Thanks Eben!

Excellent - Our tour guide Mosses was amazing, down to earth and knowledgeable. We went to some nice places and gained more knowledge. I would recommend for anyone that wants to know about the culture of Ghana.

Book it! - This tour was incredible and well worth the price! Ghana has rich history and the tour spots truly highlighted that. Daniel, our driver, was very accommodating, friendly and also very knowledgeable about Ghana's history (which was a bonus while we drove between the tour spots). He also made sure we had water throughout the different spots and made sure we got the best deals when bargaining at the markets. The tour guides were also fantastic! We truly didn't want this tour to end. I 10000% recommend this tour for all who are visiting Ghana. As an African who lives in the US, I left feeling empowered and inspired in new ways!

Informative Experience....until the end - This experience was interesting and we gained a ton of knowledge. However, it started a little rocky. When the driver arrived, he stated he was told he only had one client. We had 3 adults in our party, paid and confirmed. After the driver made a few calls he then allowed us to enter the vehicle. The tour stops were amazing and the guides at each location were so so good. We made it to all but one on the list....the Makola market. Our driver was funny and helpful during the majority of the trip. Before he took us to grab a bite to eat, we asked him if lunch was included because we forgot the details of the tour. He said no. We arrived to our restaurant of choice, the driver sat with us at our table and we noticed the driver wasn't eating. We asked if he was going to eat and he said no, he only wanted a drink. After my friends and I received our food, the driver ordered food for himself. When we requested the bill to pay, the driver told our waiter to hand his bill to us. As you can imagine, we were confused. He didn't ask us or notify us of his intent. It was so weird. When we refused to pay, we noticed an immediate shift in his demeanor. He was no longer funny or engaged with our group. And he told us (after driving towards our hotel) that the Makola market was closing. He knew we wanted to stop and get additional funds for the market and he did not make us aware of any time barriers. This was our first trip to Accra. Communicating time awareness of the different sites would have been very much appreciated. Even after we received a cold shoulder from the driver, we still gave a substantial tip. We recommend the tour as it was very informative. However, our driver Dan appeared to only be interested in what he could get from us which was very disappointing.

Disappointed Hoovers - The guide Portia and driver Enoch were excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. However, we paid for and expected a private tour for only our group of 6 people. To our disappointment, the company added 3 more people without our knowledge and was very obstinate and argumentative about correcting their mistake. They also refused any type of accommodation or partial refund. This type of action should be addressed in the future and should not be falsely advertised.

Avoid this tour operator, I was left waiting without communication for hours - I had high expectations from this tour, as the day before this I did the Cape Coast tour with the same company and everything was fine, However, on this tour it was totally opposite. My pick up time was given between 9 and 10am. It is fairly a large window, usually the pick up window is 15-30 min on most tours. I waited until 10am and neither did I hear from anyone not I got picked up. I tried calling them but no one picked up the phone. My What's app remained unanswered as well for more than an hour after 10am. I reached out to Viator to help, they couldn't reach the tour agency also., At this point it was almost 11:30 and I lost all hopes that someone will come to pick me up or I well get on this tour. I asked for a refund from Viator and they said it is subject to Tour operator approval,. Which is unacceptable, they are the one who kept me waiting and did not show up and they are the one to approve the refund also. Means customers have no say or rights. Finally, at around 11:50 AM I got what's app from the company, saying that the vehicle had an incident and the they could not inform me because of network issues. Which is hard to believe, this a big tour agency and they could not find a way to communicate to a waiting customer for hours. No one's phone was working?! They could have called the hotel on the landline to speak to me if their network was down. I had a flight that evening, so I asked them to arrange a private short tour for me to at least see a few things in Accra, which they agreed to, At 12:30 PM I was picked up and shown a few sites around and I was dropped back to my hotel in time for my flight. The tour itself is good and my guide Bright was also nice. But I am very disappointed and unhappy with the tour agency for lack of communication, poor customer service, and unprofessionalism to handle the situation. I am also disappointed with Viator for offering almost no means for the lack of service. I would not recommend this company for any tour, unless you want to be left waiting without communication and pay the full price for a short tour because you have no other option.
