Best short excursion - Absolutely brilliant excursion that is real value for money. Pick up and drop off from hotel. Dune bashing, sand boarding, camel farm visit and short camel ride included. Drivers excellent and will even capture moments for you on your phones.

Amazing guide, that Ram! Thanks for the morning! - The trip was quite a memorable one! I had Ram as my guide: he was very knowledgeable and an all-round cool guide! If looking for a guide who’s patient, a good driver, and able to take amazing photos and videos, he’s the person you need to look out for!

Worth getting out of bed early!!! - This tour is well worth the early start. Have lived in Abu Dhabi for 6 months and have done this tour twice with different groups. The highlight is no doubt the skilled driving through the dunes. The drivers are enthusiastic with taking photos, even helping with staging poses with the amazing desert backdrop. The sand boarding is also a super fun stop. Highly recommended in winter compared to summer (having done both) and climbing up the dunes in winter is much more manageable compared to the summer months! If you are visiting in summer months, don't be put off - the cars are air-conditioned and comfortable. I would highly recommend this tour.

So much fun! A must do! - Did this tour on our last day of a very long trip and almost cancelled but so glad we didn’t! This was the most fun thing we did on our entire trip, thanks to our amazing guide Munaj! Munaj is kind, considerate, amazing with a camera, and a skilled driver!! So glad that we got Munaj as our driver for this excursion. The whole experience is with the driver’s 4x4, and around 6 guests. We stopped by to meet some camels and then it was time to ride the dunes. It’s very much like riding a roller coaster and the anxiety screams as we barreled down steep dunes quickly turned into delighted squeals of fun as we relaxed and marveled at the desert and Munaj’s amazing driving skills! Highly recommend, this was the highlight of our trip to Abu Dhabi! Also, ask Munaj for restaurant recommendations, we took him up on his suggestion for lunch and it was the best fresh seafood, so grateful for Munaj!

Perfect amt of time - The amount of time of just right. We were able to do a little bit of it all. Driver was pleasant pick up from hotel was ideal.

Lovely time! Guide,... - Lovely time! Guide, Ranju, was great and the morning ran very smoothly. Note that pick-up will be before 7:30am and you’ll likely be dropped off after 12:30pm. There are many stops: at a gas station for 10 min, camel farm for 10, etc. If you’re looking to maximize dune bashing, this likely won’t be the tour for you. Here was the itinerary when we went: hotel pick up at 7:15am, gas station 10 min stop (use bathroom, etc.), pull over to deflate tires for the desert, camel farm (a photo opp) around 9:10am, dune bashing for 15 -20 min (someone in our car got sick - you may be seated in the back of the car, just beware and bring meds, if you suffer from motion sickness), sandboarding, camel ride with soft drinks.
