It was an adventure! - The tour guide was very gracious. He offered to refund the whole cost of the tour. We missed the time that we’re supposed to meet. The ship’s shuttle did not stop at the point where we’re supposed to meet. We boarded the shuttle at 8:10am. The meeting time was 9:00am. But the shuttle’s first stop was at around 9:00am. I tried to call the local phone number that is on the tour ticket several times and did not get through or no body picked up the phone. I called Viator, they weren’t able to help. The tour guide WhatsApp me. We communicated. By that time, I was back to the ship. My wife is handicapped. We decided not to take the tour. The tour guide did offer to wait for us to take the tour.

Great guide. - We didn’t want to be taken shopping, the guide obliged, and we really appreciated that. Wanted to meet locals and we did that.

Good tour, but didn't go as expected. - The tour didn't go to all the places promised in the description due to the port authority not allowing cruise ship guests to easily get off at the port entrance. It took 2 hours to find 5 of the 10 tour members, causing us to miss seeing the inside of the chapel due to Noon Mass. Then there was a wedding at the Mosque that stopped us from going inside. And the museum was under renovation, only allowing us to see the Mask exhibit. I was disappointed. However, our Tour Guide did her best to make a bad start turn into an informative day. She was very accommodating, and talked very highly of her country. I would recommend this tour if you can start at the Cava Market vice the cruise ship terminal.

Good intro to Cote D’Ivoire - An interesting tour of an evolving city. A good intro to Cote D’Ivoire. Our tour guide was approachable and knowledgeable. Some confusion at the pick up as the tour bus could not be located at the pier. Our tour was on a Sunday and we could not go inside the catholic church or mosque as services were in progress. We paid extra to be taken to the old town - worth doing. Our tip to the tour company is a bit more planning on the schedule of the tour would help a lot.
