The half-day guided activity starts and ends at your hotel. Departing after breakfast at 10:00 am, you’ll head north of Zanzibar for a day filled with adventure, thrills, and excitement. You’ll visit spice farms where you can see a variety of spices like vanilla, cardamom, and nutmeg right where they are grown. Additionally, you’ll participate in a cooking lesson to learn how to prepare a traditional Zanzibar dish. This may include making plain rice roasted with coconut milk, pilau (spiced rice), roasted plantains, and more. You can savor the foods, enjoy eating them, and marvel at their flavors. Afterward, we will return you to your hotel.
