Ship was late and Edwin was helpful. - Our ship was having issues and was late into port. Edwin was constantly communicating with us. We arrived too late to go to the waterfalls. They were closed. We turned the trip into a city tour and were very happy. Francisco was a great guide and very helpful. We had 1 guest with a scooter and they loaded and unloaded the scooter at each stop, They got us in front of most lines even ahead of the big bus tours. Would definitely recommend Edwin Tours.

Amazing waterfall tour - There were 5 of us total 2 adults and 3 kids. We had a great time at the waterfalls. We are all in pretty good shape so it really wasn’t strenuous or difficult for us. Our tour guides on the waterfalls were great. We especially loved our guide Sammy from Edwin Tours he gave us a historical tour on the way to the waterfalls and on the way back we stopped for souvenirs and got to see some professional cigar makers. It was a fun experience for all of us.

A fun time! - The hike up there was intense, but a very memorable experience.My son jumping off the first cliff was super cool! The slides were a lot of fun and it was an awesome bonding experience for me and my family.

Great experience - Attentive tour guide and driver, fun and exciting hike and waterfall slides and jumps. We were side by side with others on the same cruise as us, but at a significantly more reasonable price than going through the cruise line.

Top life experience of all time. - We had an amazing time. Everyone in our party said this was a in our Top 3 experience in our lives. Our guides were incredible. They made the experience even more enjoyable. Comfortable bus ride learning about the culture and island facts. The guide kept us safe and explained every step of the adventure to us. We had 13 in our party ages 8-52 and we ALL agree it was one of the best excursions we could have ever experience. Thank you to Edwin and all the local guides.

Great waterfall experience from cruise passenger - The waterfall excursion was one of the highlights of our 13 day trip! We were on a cruise ship and decided to go through Viator since it was less than half of the price. Edwin tours did a great job picking us up and keeping us on our time schedule since the ship was leaving by 3. They communicated the information for pick up and were prompt and professional. We were with one other couple, so there were only 4 of us. We were taken first to the waterfalls and our driver walked us through, helped us get geared up and saw us off to the waterfalls. The hike up was pretty intense, but we would do it again and it was worth it! The jumps and waterfall slides were amazing. The water was so refreshing and we had a great time. After the waterfall we enjoyed the buffet and were taken to a roadside market that handmade cigars. We didn’t purchase anything and headed back to the ship. It was a great experience and definitely recommend it!

Don't miss out on this experience - This is a great excursion and fun way to be immersed in the natural landscape of the DR. Got picked up right from my hotel and taken to the falls where you can hire someone to take photos of you since anything you bring will get SOAKED. I wore a one piece bathing suit, athletic shorts and slip on gym shoes. Definitely want to wear shoes as you will face a pretty intense hike up to the falls with lots of stairs. Saw some people wearing sandals or "water socks" and you'll def want a sturdy pair of shoes you don't mind getting wet. Once you get to the falls there may be some crowds and lines but they move fast. I brought something else to change into so I didn't have to ride back in my wet clothes. You also enjoy a nice dominican lunch right there at the location which is very good. Anything you don't take with you. you can leave in the vehicle. I wish I had brought more cash to give better tips to both my guide and my photographer. Hopefully someone will read this and pay it forward! I had Ucles take photos and Francis was my guide to the falls- both awesome!

The freaking best!!! Awesome Sauce - Omg! Where do i start! Edwin and Mariano were excellente!!! Everything you could ever want as an American coming to their country. I used for not only the waterfalls but every other transportation i needed.. downtown, in town, airport, ocean world!! The whole shabang and trip was chauffeured by Edwin and his team. Super fun, nice,informational, and have the good eats! Me and my son LOVED both Mariano and Edwim! Thanks for an amazing time in the D.R. Puerto Plata!!! And all the extras that came with it!! Anytime i vaca here i will be with THEM!!! GRACIAS SENIOR!!

Not as I expected - Our bus tour guide was very nice but I expected a more comfortable experience in the waterfalls and slides. Not for me The lunch was very good
