Shanghai - Your guide will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel at around 09:00 in the morning. You will be escorted to the well-known Urban Planning Exhibition Hall in around 20 minutes ride.

Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall - At Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, you can view many textual and graphic files and architectural models, which will help you get an overall understanding of the development of Shanghai.

The Urban Planning Exhibition Hall showcases the urbanization and modernization of Shanghai. You will know more about Shanghai’s past and present by viewing the miniatures of the city, and rich materials about the city planning. Also, the high-tech methods are widely adopted to forecast the blueprint of Shanghai through 2020.

Yu Garden (Yuyuan) - In the afternoon, have a relaxing time rambling in the beautiful Yu Garden.Located in the old town, Yuyuan Garden is the most famous ancient site in this city for its ingenious layout and delicate architecture. The treasure of the garden, Yu Ling Long (an exquisite jade stone), an artificial hill, is considered as one of the three most well-known peaks in Southern China.

Yuyuan Bazar - Next, visit the Yuyuan Bazaar, also known as Yuyuan Market, is outside the Yu Garden, in the heart of Old Shanghai City, and close to the Old City God Temple. There are many traditional Chinese buildings, which nowadays are used as commercial stores to sell local products, snacks, jewelry, souvenirs, antiques and so on.

Shanghai World Financial Center - Afterwards, go to the Shanghai World Financial Center and go up to the 100th floor for the panoramic views of the city. It is the world’s 8th tallest building, and the 4th tallest structure in Mainland China. The 100th floor has a viewing gallery that is 55 meters long. It is the second highest observation deck in China. It is higher than the viewing platforms on the Canadian TV Tower (447 meters) and the Dubai Tower (440 meters).

The Bund (Wai Tan) - After that you will come to the Bund area which is the quintessential of Shanghai area. Located on the bank of Huangpu River, travelers come to the Bund not only for the charming riverside scenery, but the unique western and gothic architectures also deserve a look. We will set aside some free time for you to stroll around the Bund and take some photos.

Shanghai - Finally, we will drive you back to your hotel, or you may enjoy your own time at Nanjing Road that is very close by.

Shanghai - Zhangjiajie by flight. O/N Zhangjiajie.

Shanghai - Your guide will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel at around 09:00 in the morning. You will be escorted to the well-known Zhujiajiao water town in around 60 minutes ride.

Zhujiajiao Ancient Town - The Zhu Jia Jiao water town, is well-known throughout the country, with a history of more than 1,700 years. Covering an area of 47 square kilometers (11,614 acres), the little fan-shaped town, being regarded as Shanghai’s Venice, glimmers like a bright pearl in the landscape of lakes and mountains.
The three places in the water town deserve your visit: Kezhi Garden, Qing Dynasty Post Office and Fangsheng Bridge. Your tour guide will accompany you to visit these.

Jade Buddha Temple - After the lunch, will take you to the Jade Buddha Temple. Built in 1882 for the two white jade Buddha statues from Burma, the Jade Buddha Temple is a famous Buddhist shrine and an active Zen monastery. The temple plays an important role in disseminating Buddhism through cultural means, including lectures and library service, Buddhist academic publishes as well as regular Buddhist cultural activities.

Tianzifang - Then later will conclude at Tianzifang, an old-style cultural block featuring distinctive Shikumen buildings with art studios, themed cafés and bars, and handicraft workshops.

Shanghai Pudong International Airport - After the tour, drive you to Pudong international airport where a airplane to Zhangjiajieis waiting for you(MU9341 20:05-22:35). The flight takes around 2.5 hours.

Airport Road - Upon arrival at Zhangjiajie, you will be picked up on time and transferred to the Zhangjiajie hotel(driver only, no guide).

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - On this full-day tour your guide will meet you at 9:00am of your hotel lobby in Zhangjiajie city central or Wulingyuan hotel then you visit different mountain areas such as Tianzi Mountian, where the world’s longest cable car ride carries you to the mountain’s peak, and the unique platform-shaped Yuanjiajie Mountain.

With magnificent mountain ranges, deep valleys, mysterious caves, lush vegetation, cascading waterfalls and mist-shrouded stone pillars, Hunan’s Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is a wonderland of natural beauty.

There are more than 500 species of wildlife and vegetation in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, including rare monkeys, gingko trees and thousands of colorful birds. The most notable geographic features of the park are its hundreds of towering sandstone pillars. Fans of Hollywood blockbusters will instantly recognize the stunning landscape as the inspiration for the scenery of Pandora in James Cameron’s hit movie Avatar.

Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area of Zhangjiajie - The Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area boasts of natural beauty where mountains, valleys, forests, caves, lakes and waterfalls exist in total harmony. Over 560 attraction sights can be found here. The strangely-shaped peaks, the absurd stones, the hidden valleys, the wonderful waters and the limestone caves form the ‘Five Wonders’ of Wulingyuan and they are really worth seeing.

Covering an area of 690 square kilometers (266 square miles), Wulingyuan Scenic Area consists of four parts- Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Suoxi Valley Nature Reserve, Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve and the newly added Yangjiajie Scenic Area.

Today our tour will visit the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve area.

Tianzi Mountain - When you purchase the main park entrance tickets and take a shuttle bus(20 mins driving) to the Tianzi mountain cable station and need to walk up the 200 steps to reach the station.

Tianzi Mountain Clouds - After the 20 mins cable car ride,you will reach the top of the Tianzi mountain then take a shuttle bus again(5 mins driving) to the Tianzi Mountain central area which is provides stunning views of peaks, which rise one after another. It is known as ‘the Monarch of the Peak Forest’. At the top of the mountain, visitors can see the full extent of the Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Beautiful scenes of the mountain greet visitors in different seasons. There are four wonders: the Sea of Clouds, the Radiance of the Moonlight, Rays of Sunshine and the Snow in winter.

BaiLong Elevator - After the Yuanjiajie(Avatar mountain), you will take a shuttle(15 mins driving) head to the Bailong Elevator.
Bailong Elevator is very magnificent. The total height of it is 335 meters (1099 feet), of which the running height is 326 meters (1069 feet). 154 meters (505 feet) of the total height is in the mountain wells and the rest of 172 meters (564 feet) was composed of steel derrick and other components. The Elevator includes three exposure sightseeing elevators running parallelly. Each elevator can take 50 passengers every time and the speed is 3 m / s (the speed has been accelerated to 5m / s since 2013). If the three elevators run simultaneously, the amount of one-way passengers will reach 4,000 per hour.

Golden Whip Brook - You will hiking around one hour along the Golden Whip Stream then take a shuttle go out of the park and back to the hotel.
Golden Whip Stream (Jinbian Stream) is famous for its pristine water, its verdant mountains, its steep cliffs and its serene valley. As a veritable “paradise” for plants, its pathways are adorned by an abundance of flowers, trees, and grasses. And it is also a kingdom of animals. Golden Whip Stream is named after Golden Whip Crag, its landmark spot, and runs from Laomo Bay to Shui Rao Si Men(water-surrounded gates).

Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge - After the lunch, we will Transfer to Glass Bridge.Your local expert guide will take you to start the adventure trip in Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, which is famous with explorers and lovers of nature from home and abroad, by featuring typical Zhangjiajie land form, breathtaking cliffs, lush forests, ancient caves, colorful ponds, and a river running through the canyon.
Walk on the world’s longest and highest Glass Bridge in Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. Hanging over a valley, the glass bridge provides a superb panorama of the entire grand canyon. Enjoy a scenic walk boasting waterfalls and wonderful views on each side. Standing on it is like floating in the air.

Zhangjiajie - At the end, your guide will escort you to your hotel in Zhangjiajie or Wulingyuan.

Zhangjiajie - Fenghuang. O/N Fenghuang.

Zhangjiajie - At 9:00am, your tour guide will meet you at the hotel lobby and transfer to the Zhangjiajie Tianmen park.

Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park - Today you will spend 3-4hrs at Tianmen Mountain Park. You will using the cale car or shuttle bus go up of the hill, but it depends of the traffic.
Tianmen Mountain, appears as the ”New Legend Of Zhangjiajie “. It’s the highest spot (1500m) in Zhangjiajie,where you can walk on super-exciting cliff-path and glass walkway and see the whole city and beautiful countryside with bird’s view. and the landscape there is totally different from, meanwhile, at the same level as the ZJJ national Park. Both are world-class scenery, so it’s a must-visit highlight of this city you should not miss. What is more Unbelievable? this single mountain holds 4 World Guinness Records in its small body. and any of them will be overwhelmingly impressive to any type of human being. Just an amazing experience you have never had before.

Fenghuang County - After the lunch, your guide will escort you to Fenghuang, need 3hrs driving, 220km. The Fenghuang(Phoenix) Town, built in 1704, was granted as a famous national cultural and historical city. The blue flagstone streets, stilted houses, and customs of the Miao nationality all make up its unique charm. For the rest of day, you can wander around the ancient town freely.

Fenghuang - Sanjiang. O/N Chengyang village.

Phoenix Ancient Town - Today you will have a full exploration of the Fenghuang Ancient Town. After breakfast, you will take a boat along Tuojiang River, the mother river of the town. The clean river flows slowly along the city walls and you can see water plants swaying in the gentle waves. In addition, the mist sometimes rises from the quiet green water, making it a fairyland. Then you will be guided to Wanming Pagoda on the north bank of the river. The hexagonal pagoda of around 21 meters (69 feet) high has seven layers. There are copper wind bells hanging at each corner of the eaves. Colored paintings and sculptures are also decorated on the body of the pagoda.

After enjoying the elegant pagoda, we will cruise down to the Rainbow Bridge. Looking out of the window on its second floor, you can have a good view of the green hills, blue water, city walls, red slates, and stilted houses. Besides, you can also see several boats moving quietly through the river.

Chengyang Bridge Scenic Resort - After lunch, drive you to Sanjiang Chengyang Dong village( 4hrs driving, 315km) and touring in the village.
In the village, you will see the landmark constructions of Dong village, the Wind and Rain Bridgeand the Drum Tower. Constructed with wood and bricks, the Wind and Rain Bridge blend the styles of bridge, corridor and kiosk into a whole, reflecting the unique Dong style and the wisdom of the Dong people. The bridge was built to provide a shelter for the people who works in fields, but later became a date place for the young people and a famous attraction to visitors at home and abroad. When you see the lofty pointed tower with upturned eaves, you will know that you come to a Dong Village. The Drum Tower is always located in the center of a village, acting as the political and cultural center. Every time when the chief of the village beats the drum on the top floor, villagers will stop their work and get together around the Drum Tower.

Chengyang - Longji - Guilin. O/N Guilin.

Chengyang Bridge Scenic Resort - Your guide will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel at around 08:00 in the morning. You will be escorted to the well-known Longji terraces in around 90 minutes ride, 100km.

Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces - The Longji Rice Terraces stretch layer upon layer from the mountain base to its summit. From the 13th century during the Yuan Dynasty, the local Zhuang people started to construct and use the amazing terraces. Now, the Dragon’s Backbone Rice Terraces cover an area of 66 square kilometers (about 16,308 acres) and span an altitude between 300 meters (about 984 feet) and 1,100 meters (about 3,608 feet). Standing on the mountain, you will be shocked by the patches of fields and curve lines around the mountains. You will then pay a visit to the Villages of Zhuang to experience the unique Chinese ethnic culture.

Reed Flute Cave (Ludi Yan) - Next, go to Guilin and visit the Reed Flute Cave which are large amount of stalactites and stalagmites, forming a luminous underground palace together with colorful lights on the ceiling of the cave.

Elephant Trunk Hill (Xiangbishan) - Then Continue the Guilin tour to Elephant Trunk Hill, a landmark of Guilin. The hill looks like an elephant stretching its trunk into the water trying to drink, showing the unbelievable creativity of the nature.

Guilin - At the end, your guide will escort you to your hotel and is free time for you.

Guilin - Yangshuo. The tour end.

Guilin - In the morning, your guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel at around 07:45, and then escort you to the Zhujiang pier, where you will start the Guilin Li River cruise to Yangshuo(4 star boat with the buffet lunch).

Li River - The boarding time is scheduled at 9:20am, and the whole journey takes about 4 hours. With your guide’s company and interpretation, you could immerse yourself in the stunning karst landscape made up of rolling hills, verdant forests, odd caves and tranquil villages along the Li River. A buffet Chinese lunch will be offered on board before you reach Yangshuo at 2:00pm.

Xianggong Mountain - After disembarkation, will drive you to see the Yangshuo Xianggong hill. You will climb for 15 minutes along a moderately sloped staircase to reach the top of Xianggong Hill. Please inform your guide in advance if you need a walking stick. Lying between the famous Yellow Cloth Shoal and the Mural Hill, Xianggong Hill is one of the greatest viewing platforms in Guilin to take in the glamour of the Li River. The supreme view of the meandering Li River making a 180-degree bend, attracts countless visitors and photographers annually.

Guilin - At the end, your guide will escort you to your hotel in Guilin or Yangshuo or Guilin airport/train station. End of your 7 day tour services.
