Meet & Greet then drive to Kruger Park

Kruger National Park - Your knowledgeable driver/guide will be waiting with a WELCOME NOTE at the arrival desk of the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. Upon identifying you, he will make sure you have collected all your bags and will lead you to an air-conditioned vehicle in which you will travel to the Malelane gate of the Kruger National Park. It is a 35km trip on the highway. Upon arrival at the gate, you switch vehicles into an Open Game-viewing van. This is the type of vehicle you will be traveling in throughout your safari adventure in the Big 5 territory. Our porters will help with your luggage while your guide finalizes entry formalities. Once done, the actual game-viewing adventure begins with a briefing, and off you go. The game drive will continue until before sunset when you check in at the booked rest camp, followed by dinner and the long-awaited overnight under the African sky. Your guide will also use the opportunity to explain in detail what else to expect during your stay.

Full day game drive

Kruger National Park - The day begins with an early morning coffee or tea with rusks at around 4:30 am just before the gates of the rest camp open. This is perfect timing to spot most of the nocturnal animals as they retire back after a night of activity. This morning drive will continue until around 9 am when we stop at a safe enclosure for stretching up, ablution, and a stylish breakfast in the bush (weather-dependent). The game drive will continue with regular stops for meals and relaxing until late in the after when we retire back to camp for dinner and another peaceful night under the African sky.

Morning Bush Walk & Full day game drive

Kruger National Park - Day 3 will start with a morning bush walk as early as 4:30 am. You will be accompanied by 2 armed rangers for your safety. This is an excellent opportunity to be up close to the animals. The rest of the day will be filled with activities as on Day 2.

Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve - The Blyde River Canyon and the Three Rondavels – the canyon is said to be not only the third largest canyon in the world after the Grand Canyon in the USA and the Fish River Canyon in Namibia but also the only green canyon in the world.

Bourkes’ Luck Potholes - Burkes Luck Potholes – with very spectacular 3 million years old geological formations resulting from water and wind erosion.

Berlin Falls - One of the most visited waterfalls on the Panorama route

Lisbon Falls - Another spectacular waterfall that is 62 meters deep

God’s Window - God’s Window is nestled at around 1,500 meters above sea level with spectacular views of the famous Lowveld escarpment.

White River - Your driver’s guide will drop you at the airport after breakfast. This marks the end of your adventure with us.
