Experienced safari - As a couple, we booked a 6-day safari from Arusha. Joseph Temba, our guide, welcomed us very friendly and competently on the first day. We quickly became friends and went to the first national park, Tarangire National Park. Here our guide was able to spot the first animals from a great distance. A remarkable achievement when you see it live!
We then went to Lake Manyara National Park, which was completely different in terms of flora and fauna. Simply unforgettable moments that we were all able to experience together. At this point, it should be said that Joseph was always on time and the car was cleaned every day.
Over the next few hours, the roads became what we would call a “massage road”. You can get the feeling that the guides are driving too fast, but that feeling disappears after 30 minutes. They drive faster on the bumpy roads so that you don’t feel every bump. That was okay for us after a short period of getting used to it. We always had the feeling that we were safe and had a good driver.
Finally, we went to our highlight park. The Sergengeti National Park. We were able to see almost all of the Big Five in two days!
Of course, luck is also involved, but you have theThe guide's ambition was noticeable. I proposed to my girlfriend here on the second day. Our guide took care of everything, like organizing the flowers in the national park, the champagne, baking a cake and organizing a singing performance. That was extraordinary and unique. We say thank you for this effort!
Lastly, we were in Ngorongoro. We were able to see a rhinoceros. That fulfilled the Big Five.
All in all, an experienced company that goes the extra mile.

Wonderful Family Trip - What an incredible safari adventure in Tanzania with Temba from Migration Venture Africa. We went on the 5 days luxury lodge safari through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara and the whole journey was epic.
We were furnished with a great 4x4 safari vehicle for the safari and paired with guide/driver Temba. Temba had all the qualities that one would want in a guide, patient, kind, attentive, a great driver, well informed and above all a great travelling companion. He knew how and where to find the wildlife, often treating us to first class view points to the wildlife in the parks. He had an uncanny way of knowing where we would find the wildlife, patient to let us soak in all the beauty of particular sights and he listened to our opinions.
I found the lodges to be excellent. They were different in their outlay but consistently keeping high standard of service and really good food. We also took the hot air balloon ride over Serengeti which was awesome. Only that there are age restrictions so if you have young children they cannot go on the ride.
Temba also helped with communication between the Maasai tribesmen we visited in Ngorongoro. He played his role as a our translator perfectly.
Thank you Amos, Temba and the whole team from Migration Venture Africa for the wonderful trip. I recommend Migration Venture Africa with 100% surety that they will give you the time of your life.

Excellent choice for a safari! - The guide Joseph Temba is very kind, efficient in finding animals and experienced in driving around the parks. Accommodation and food were just perfect and Amos organized it all in his typical efficient way at a very competitive price (we followed personal advice from past visitors and we share their excellent impressions). We immensely enjoyed it, highly recommended!

An exceptional safari experience. - Our trip to Tanzania with Noel, our safari guide, was an incredible experience. We were lucky to have Noel with us as he is an excellent driver, great at tracking wildlife and has extensive knowledge of everything about Tanzania.
The Things to do and sounds in the parks kept us fully engaged as we moved from one action spot to another.
The choice of lodges was excellent. They were all great.
I highly recommend Migration Venture Africa for excellent safaris.

Great Trip, Wonderful Guide - Avoid staying at Ngorongoro Inn - This was my second safari.
Migration Venture was great for the most part - the jeep and the stays were comfortable.
Eilleen's Trees Inn is a standout place in Karatu - make sure you visit it for its people, cute accommodation and great food.
Our guide Bony was wonderful - very friendly, very patient - had a lot to teach us about his tribe.
Bony made sure we saw leopards in Serengeti in day 2, and we stood for an hour just to track it.
Even in other days, he patiently ensured we could see everything properly.
Feedback for Migration Venture - please avoid giving the stay option 'Ngorongoro Inn' in Karatu, especially when people have stayed in 4* places in previous days. It soured the experience a lot.
Firstly, it's far from Ngorongoro - but it's also not fit for people to stay in.
We know Migration Venture owns the place, so it cuts down the costs.
The room had no door for the washroom. The room was extremely basic, adding plastic flowers does not make a room better.
The room also had no privacy - had a glass door and also holes in the wall. Not fit for a couple.
The food was rationed out in such a way that each person got one piece of chicken for dinner - it felt like some sort of jail/camp.
Other than one night at this place, the trip was great - I still have fond memories of Bony, our guide and the rest of the trip - so I will give it 4* overall, but consider it a 3.5* only because of the above experience.
