Maasai Mara National Reserve - Your journey begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Nairobi or the airport [JKIA], followed by a transfer to the domestic Wilson Airport. Please arrive 50 minutes to one hour before your flight. Board your 09.15 am flight to Masai Mara, which takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at the airstrip in Masai Mara, a Driver-guide from your lodge will greet you and transfer you to your overnight accommodation in a 4x4 safari vehicle, such as a Land Cruiser. Your lodge is a renowned property offering stunning views of the Mara reserve. Enjoy lunch and leisure time at the lodge before embarking on your first safari game drive to explore the Mara’s incredible wildlife. Return to the lodge by evening [typically 6 to 6.30 pm] for dinner. Overnight stay at Keekorok Lodge or a similar property.
Masai Mara Full Day
Masai Mara National Reserve - There are two types of sunrises: the ordinary morning sunrise and the extraordinary Masai Mara sunrise. Experience the magical Mara sunrise from a hot air balloon for an additional USD 540. The balloon flies low enough to give you a closer look at the animals and offers breathtaking views of the hippo and crocodile-filled Mara River. The one-hour safari culminates in a beautifully set bush breakfast with champagne and all the trimmings. After breakfast, begin your morning game viewing. Alternatively, you can start your day with an early breakfast followed by a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch in the park. Overnight stay at Keekorok Lodge or a similar property.

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Spend a full day in Masai Mara. Start with an early morning game drive before breakfast, when most animals are active, increasing your chances of seeing plenty of wildlife. Return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast. You may also visit a nearby Maasai Village for a fascinating one-hour insight into the daily life of the nomadic Maasai tribe [additional cost for Maasai village visit]. Return to the lodge for lunch, followed by an afternoon safari in the reserve. Return to the lodge by evening [typically 6 to 6.30 pm] for a relaxed evening and dinner. Overnight stay at Keekorok Lodge or a similar property.
Return to Nairobi
Nairobi - Today, bid farewell to Masai Mara. After a relaxed breakfast and check-out, you will be transferred to the nearby airstrip for your 10.30 am flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, our Driver-guide will be waiting for you at Wilson Airport for your onward transfer to your hotel or the International Airport.
