We were very pleased with... - We were very pleased with our trip to Masai Mara. There was a little worry as after we booked with Viator, we hadn't heard anything/received any confirmation from the company before we got to Kenya, as this was the majority of our itinerary. We did eventually hear from them and was assigned a driver and confirmed out pick up details. The driver picked us up promptly at our hotel and Kimani was one of the best guides we've ever had. He was knowledgeable, drove well, and got up to the best spots to view animals. He expertly drove on the reserve paths that were bumpy and slick due to recent rain. I do wish there was slightly more open communication as at times, he had to exit the vehicle to take care of payments, registrations, or whatever else, but we didn't know why he left us in the vehicle alone, or how long he would be. However, we still rate him highly and would return to Masai Mara just to have him again. So how all the tour companies seem to operate: you're assigned a driver/group from a company that is with you through the entire trip. The company takes care of the transportation and safari, and they work with the lodge to book your room (based on what you paid for). When you get to the lodge, your driver/guide also stays at the lodge (separately) and they will take you out each day, based on what you'd like to do, whether a long day of safari, go back to the lodge to rest or do other things, etc. Your guide works with other guides to figure out where animals may be each day and they all work together to give the best experience to all the guests. The reserve is amazing. Each day we saw animals we never thought we'd see... whether lions, cheetah, leopard, etc. You will definitely see Wildebeest, Zebra, Giraffe, and Elephants. Four days is a perfect amount of time, but if you do 3 days or add on Navaru, that should be okay. It's all about luck, seeing the animals so we probably got lucky. We stayed at Jambo lodge and it was comfortable, clean, and an excellent stay. We didn't have much issue with mosquitos, and there was plenty of electricity. Wi-Fi is mostly at reception and not in the rooms. The hotel also had a gym and pool area, and the whole lodge is well protected.

Extraordinary - We are a blended family and 7 of us left to do this safari (5 children aged 9 to 20). Every detail was previously discussed and studied with Abel who was always very responsive, efficient in his responses and good advice for preparing the trip. On site, our guide Dikdik speaks impeccable French and knows the whole life of animals. He engaged in conversation with all members of the family and passed on his knowledge to us with passion and good humor. You can trust the Natural World team with your eyes closed and let yourself be carried away! This trip was extraordinary for us and we will keep unforgettable memories of it. Thank you Abel and Dikdik!

Amazing views and even more wonderful people! - We (partner and I) did a four day tour beginning in Nairobi and driving to the Mara. We stayed at Osero Lodge. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our tour guide, David, was quite knowledgeable and managed to show us many incredibly animals and sights, including a cheetah on the hunt and a leopard on the hunt (both prey escaped unharmed). The weather was wonderful, there was no lack of animals to see, and we had a wonderful experience. Definitely would recommend and use this company again. Thank you!

Simply amazing experience - First time in Kenya and it was simply AMAZING! Our driver, George was the best! We had a great time, communication was never an issue. From the time we landed until the time we left we were well taken care of. There are no negatives, everything was definitely a positive from the hotels, to the animals, drivers, camps and just everything. I will be returning with another group next year and I can't wait!

Wonderful!! Best Trip Ever. - Abel at Natural World Kenya Safaris executed on our trip perfectly. He was very responsive and every driver sent to transport us was on time. He tailored the trip to our wishes, and planned all in-country flights for us as well (we added a stay at Diani Beach). This made our first trip to Kenya easier to navigate. Special shout out to our guide Julius. He was very knowledgeable, fun, and our kids loved him. We had the time of our lives.

The Mara - I heard about Natural world tours from lonely planet and true to their review natural run well organised safari tours in Kenya. Booking the safari and planning before arriving in Kenya was very easy with our tour planner Abel. Abel was incredible and available to help us all the time. Special mention to our safari guide Patrick as well. The effort he took to get us close to the big 5 and navigate the Mara was amazing. The Mara safari itself is the most incredible adventure that we have ever had. We saw all the big 5 including the elusive leopard. Another highlight was seeing a pride of almost 10 adult lions and 8 cubs! Thank you natural for the amazing life experience!
