Inca Jungle Tour - The tour never stopped surprising us. It was really quite an adventure. The service of the company was spectacular and they were very attentive to everything, including my birthday celebration which was during the tour. Quite a surprise. And with the best Heber Forever guides!

A very special trip, which is worth every moment. - Spectacular tour, the Wordless Guide to describe it, wisdom about everything we were doing and where we were going, companion at all times, very communicative. Every set of the trip was perfect.

Amazing experience! - The ride was too long. Everything very well organized and our Guide Katy was amazing and made the whole experience even better! All the hotels on the way were very good, as well as the food! The bike and the trails too beautiful. We had a lot of fun in rafting and zipline too! We managed to enjoy every part of the tour and still have good times of rest. We learned a lot from Katy at Machu Picchu and the tour as a whole. After this tour we ended up closing all our tours with Chullos. Super recommend!

Great Adventure with a few pros, cons and tips! - Really enjoyed the Adventure Hike, lots of pros with only a few cons, see below breakdown of the 4 days (I travelled early June 2024), some tips and a packing list of what to take.
Day 1, Bike and Raft: Bike was great fun, very easy/beginner friendly as mostly downhill but get to pick up some speed while catching the views. Rafting was excellent with a few decent rapids. Accommodation was terrible, very basic shared hostel with only cold water shower (not ideal after rafting), food was average but didn't go hungry.
Day 2, Hike: I'd class myself intermediate hiker and I found it pretty easy, there's a few hills but nothing too extreme and guide took plenty of breaks for the group (next time I'd probably book a more advanced hike). We walked through coca, coffee, banana, papaya, citrus, pineapple, mango plantations (plus a few I can't remember) the guide was a bit basic but did his best to explain the agriculture. At the end of the day there's a thermal spa for +30 Sol (not included - but well worth it) accommodation was best of three nights, still hostel but much better quality and decent food.
Day 3, Zipline and Walk: Zipline was good fun, quite high over the river, the walk in afternoon was long but mostly flat along the river and train track. Accommodation was again pretty basic shared hostel and food bit lighter on the portions.
Day 4, Macchu Picchu: Best Day! I do want to share some tips on this though, I was assigned the 7am Circuit 2 slot... Which is perfect! But lucked out because others in the group had much later slots (when is more crowded) and Circuit 1 (which is a really poor experience where you don't get to visit the main icons in the site), so would highly recommend to speak to your agent in advance to prebook early in the morning and circuit 2. To get there I would warn its a pretty steep hike that takes anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours depending fitness level, you can book a bus (not included in tour price) but I personally recommend the hike, if you've come all the way, one last push really makes it feel worth it when you get to the top! Finally I highly recommend also buying an entry to Circuit 3 (Huayna Picchu), again this is not included and cost 200 Sol, but this gives you access to also hike up Huayna Picchu Mountain (right next to Macchu Picchu to get the most incredible view), this is a very steep hike and if you book the later session around 10am you can spend a few hours with the guide in Circuit 2 (then walk out the main entrance to experience all of Circuit (you can use your Circuit 3 pass to cut halfway through Circuit 2 to the Huayna Picchu entry, but it's better to start again so you have experienced all Circuit 2, all Circuit 3 and Huayna Picchu). After this I visited the museum at the bottom and went back into the town. The only downside of the last day was the food (only a basic packed breakfast) and the tour had booked me a 7pm train meaning I wouldn't get to Cusco until 10pm... I would ask the tour operator to book a 3pm train to give time for lunch (however it's a nice town and you may enjoy visiting the sites).
The guide we had Eber, was friendly, a bit quiet but did a good job showing us around Macchu Picchu.
Finally what to pack: a decent sized back pack that holds a water bladder (I had 2litre which was enough for each day), decent hiking boots, good hiking socks (2 high quality pairs will last you the trip and make a difference), one pair full length hiking pants, one pair swimming shorts (and top if lady), underwear, 3 or 4 sweat wicking shirts, sun hat, sun glasses, I did bring a waterproof jacket with base layer but didn't need it (the climate is completely different to Cusco even if so close, much warmer and humid), toiletries: toothbrush/paste, a bar of soap, sunscreen, mosquito repellent. Phone/camera and a charger, and money & passport (which you need to enter Macchu Picchu) You will be carrying everything all week so bear in mind to only bring what you can carry on long walk/hiking!

Terrible tour company. No itineraries leading up to trip and lost my suitcase. - Please do not go with this tour company. Even if it’s last minute. I regret going with this company. The guide was fine and very nice but his English was not the best and he did not know much about touring Machu Picchu. I paid to hike Montana mountain and even telling the guide that’s all I wanted to do. He said I could do it in the afternoon after the tour of Machu Picchu with the rest of the group. This did not happen because you cannot hike the mountain after 10 AM. So, even though I paid to hike Montana mountain at Machu Picchu, I did not do that, the company did not reimburse me for the money I paid.
They do not provide water along the tour and you have to buy it the whole time and the food was very small and not a lot of options. Getting tickets to Machu Picchu as well as train tickets and bus ride back to Cusco was also very confusing and not very helpful from the guide or the people at the office.
The worst part was the woman, Katia, at the office. She was not helpful at all leading up to the trip. She did not provide an itinerary about the trip and what was online was not what we did. She said she was going to email me an itinerary and she never did, as well as addressing the concerns. I had the night before the trip. This company also lost my suitcase even though they said I could keep it at their office while doing the tour. Katia also tricked me about my suitcase when she said it was not at the office and asked me to identify the items in the bag. I thought she was using those items to identify the bag. I even wrote my name and phone number on the bag but the company still let somebody else walk off with it. When they admitted to losing my bag Katia said that I will only be replaced for the items I wrote down to identify it. I felt tricked, I did not feel welcomed, and I felt every question I asked was bothering this woman. Another girl on my tour had done many tours in South America and she said this was definitely the worst one. The trip itself was fun and we did a lot of cool things but the company treats you like they don’t care about you. I even tipped the tour guide, and when I told him I could not hike Montana mountain he acted like it was my fault. please do not give your money to this tour company, they do not run a quality business.
