Overall great experience - We had a great experience with Axis Safari. They were highly responsive, and the organization worked very smoothly. Every pick up was really punctual, the accommodation was very clean and welcoming, the food was great and they provided vegetarian options which was amazing. Our driver Josh was excellent, he went out of his way to make sure we see as much as possible on the safari and was super friendly and kind during the whole trip.

I love doing Game Rides! - The tour with Axis Africa Safari was good, the team was very professional, they picked me up from my hotel and drove me back once the tour was over. The information about the costs was clear and detailed, basically everything is written in the contract. The only unexpected payment was in 5% that applies to credit card payments, which I did not know in advance, but it was small stuff. I went to the office in person because I prefer face-to-face interactions and I kindly got a small reduction. I chose an unusual package, as most tourists visit the park for 3days package: a few hours on arrival and a full day the next day...I preferred the 4 days one: one half day at arrival and two full days at the Game ride, because you never know what you are going to see on there, and in fact I was happy with my choice even though the park entrance only lasts 12 hours and is quite expensive. This unusual situation meant that I was part of two different groups, the downside: in the second group, since everyone was already in the car from the day before, I ended up in the back seat which is not as comfortable as the middle or front ones. positive side: on the second day I had the tent all to myself because my partner from the day before took a standard package and left after two nights. The driver on the first day was very careful not to shake us too much, which we appreciated, but we saw less than the second day. The driver on the second day was driving fast and there were some jolts in the car, but this made us see more animals and move through the park faster. The camp where I stayed is Lenchada, a little old, but resistant and welcoming. a couple of people complained that they didn't have hot water, but in my tent there was some, you just had to wait a bit. The camp food was good, according to my taste.

 I would have liked to see some hunting scenes, but they didn't happen when we passed (it almost happened between a buffalo and a pack of lionesses, but the buffalo was too big and the lionesses let it pass). I was there at the end of July and I missed seeing the passage of animals between one bank of the river and the other (a group of Wildebeest and Zebra were there on the Tanzanian side, but they didn't decide to cross, after about twenty minutes we left)

 On the other hand I saw so many animals, endless herds of Wildebeest, lions, lionesses, cheetahs, a Leopard, hyenas, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, zebras, vultures, Vervet monkeys, Baboons... it was truly incredible. I hope to be able to return there one day and do at least three days of Game Ride, if my body allows me

A fantastic first safari game drive experience - The game drive and accommodations were excellent. As a solo traveler, I was nervous at first but the group I joined and the tour operator, Roger, were all very friendly. Roger knew a lot about the differwnt wildlife and the different plantlife as well. I was impressed with his knowledge. He answered all our questions in a friendly manner. Overall, we were able to see plenty of different animals, and some of them even got close to the vehicle! It was such a good experience, and we had a great tour operator. I would recommend 10/10

Jack - best safari tour guide ever !!! - Jack - our tour guide/driver is the best! He's very caring, patient, listening & knowledgable!! He made our 3 days 2 nights safari trip sooo memorable. We can see ALL kinds of animals with clear explanation & fun time with Masai people & picnic lunch under the tree. I highly recco Jack and if even more than 5 stars, I will denifinitely give him!!!

Amazing Three Day Safari Experience - Had an amazing time exploring the Maasai Mara game park. Axis Safaris were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the park, meaning we saw over 15 different species of creatures ranging from a pride of 19 lions to a family of hippopotamuses sleeping in the Mara River. Our tour guide, Kevin, was friendly, helpful and very easy to get along with. I would highly recommend Axis Safaris to family and friends!

Safari - The trip was excellent. The people that took us around were very helpful, Charley Black was our driver and he answered all of our questions.

Dream come true - Our driver Denis was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the animals. Went out of his way to make sure we got to see as many animals as close up as possible. Food was good throughout. Always felt safe and welcome at each place we stayed. Great value for money. Would recommend to friends who wish to safari in Kenya.

Beautiful safari adventure - The tour was everything it promised to be, focused on enjoying the natural habitat of the animals, the gorgeous landscape, and learning about the Maasai people. The vehicle was comfortable, all of the food was good, and the service excellent along the way. Grateful to have Benjamin as our guide!

Unforgettable experience - It was an excellent experience, a true jungle experience. The people at the camp are very helpful, despite the accommodation being simple and our guide took us to see many different animals, always respecting their space. I didn't feel insecure.

Safari in Kenya MASSAI MARA RESERVE. - It was a good experience. The Safari went as planned and as contracted with the agency, the driver was an excellent person and took us to see many animals, always respecting their space. Regarding the hotel, it could be better but it is an African experience. For those who want to have a hotel experience with more comfort, I recommend a better hotel. But the price-quality ratio is acceptable.
