Beijing City Group Tour
Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Attention: Due to the strict limitations on the number of visitors to the Forbidden City per day, once we can’t book tickets to the Forbidden City, we will visit Jingshan Park instead.
Beginning at 6:45am from a hotel within the 2nd ring road of Beijing, you will first visit the Forbidden City, located in the center of Beijing. It served as the Imperial Palace for the Ming and Qing emperors for the last 700 years and is now known as the Palace Museum. Then, explore an amazing Chinese medicine center.
Note: Due to the ticketing regulations of the Forbidden City, there is a strict limit on the number of visitors entering the Forbidden City every day. Additionally, the Forbidden City only releases tickets 7 days in advance. Therefore, if you book this product within two days, we may not be able to book tickets to the Forbidden City.
Temple of Heaven - Next, visit the Temple of Heaven, where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties held ceremonies to honor the God of Heaven and pray for good harvests for local farmers.
Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - Then, explore a pearl factory to experience Chinese pearl culture, and finally visit the Summer Palace, China’s largest and best-preserved imperial garden since the 15th century, before returning to the hotel.
Ming Tomb and Great Wall Group Tour
Ming Tombs (Ming Shishan Ling) - Begin from your hotel within the 2nd ring road of Beijing around 6:40am in the morning, then drive to the Ming Tombs first. The Ding Tomb is the resting place of Emperor Wanli and is a treasure trove of imperial objects including silk, textiles, pearls, jade, and porcelain. Afterward, visit a Jade gallery to explore impressive Chinese jade culture before lunch.
The Great Wall at Badaling - After lunch, visit the amazing Badaling section of the Great Wall. The area around this part is very scenic, with over 97% of it heavily wooded, offering unique appearances throughout the year. Finally, enjoy a Chinese tea ceremony at a tea house before returning to the hotel.
