Lovely Service and guide. - We had a fantastic trip in Sri Lanka. Our driver and guide (Aruna) has been super throughout the trip. Bringed us on several experiences beyond the set program, which has given us an unforgettable trip. The way we've been taken care of has been superb. We have never had to wait but have felt that Aruna has been ready when we have needed it. He has also been a safe and good driver through the sometimes challenging traffic on the island. I really recommend a guided tour like this with Mahawelli-tours that provides an experience of Sri Lanka completely unusual, with lots of local culture, wildlife and not least good food.

Sri Lanka - We had the most amazing tour guide Chathura Liyanage. He really took the time to explain the Sri Lankan culture, and costume made our tour even more to fulfill our wishes. He has our biggest recommendation.

Magic Sri Lanka - We had a lovely holiday in Sri Lanka. Lovely days with experiences every day. Cultural places, Safari, nature etc. We were in safe hands with Dilshan from Majaweli Tours / Flamingo. He was a good guide/driver all week. Super knowledge of the island. Can highly recommend.

Sri Lanka is amazing! - We had a fantastic trip. We couldn’t have ask for a better driver. Dushan was very kindly, friendly, had good humour and fulfilled all our needs. He was a very safe driver, was always on time and we felt us in good hands. He was also a very good guide - he knows everything about Sri Lanka culture. It was not easy til say goodbye to him because we felt he was family. We will miss him and magical Sri Lanka.

Wonderful Sri Lanka - Highly recommended 8 day tour filled with a very good mixture of experiences giving us an insight into this wonderful country, the history and its vivid culture. To make everything as easy and comfortable as possible our guide Chanuka went out of his way to ensure that everything was well planned and punctual. His warm personality added an extra element of welcoming comfort that was much appreciated by the whole family. We will return one day.

Heaven on Earth - Everything was excellent and amazing from beginning to end. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country, with an even more beautiful culture and scenery. We got to experience all different mesmerizing landscapes and kind of seasons within these few days. Sri Lankan have been nothing but welcoming and nice, and are definitely the most agreeable people. The key highlight of our trip remains spending this tour with our guide Mahesh, the best guide you can dream of. Not only does he have an impressive knowledge of everything, he also takes the time and care to answer to our endless questions. He treated us like we were part of his family rather than customers ; this made our time even more enjoyable than it was. He was so professional and personable, and was easily adapting the tour to our preferences and expectations. We will be coming back to visit this lovely country for sure and with our new friend ! We highly recommend this tour, but make sure you ask for Mahesh if you’re looking for an unforgettable and magical experience.

Vacation in Sri Lanka in July - Had a great trip with Mahaweli and a superb guide as well. The trip includes some of the biggest sights in Sri Lanka and being driven around to these sights by a local guide providing insights about the culture and history of Sri Lanka was truly unique. Would definitely recommend others to go.

Round trip Sri Lanka July 2024 - Mahesh has us the 8 days excellently understood, was always punctual, friendly and helpful. Since our English is not stunning, he also found a German-speaking person on every external tour. He is an excellent driver and has steered us safely through the chaos on the roads. We can only recommend.
