Desert sand safari tour - Such an amazing experience! You have the option to do everything from sand during to camel riding to riding ATVs. Our tour guide Rasheed Ali was amazing and we highly recommend him. His car was clean, his English was great, and he gave a great desert sand safari tour!

Great time on the desert safari! - We were bought this experience as a gift and had a fantastic day/night! We were picked up from our hotel by Rasheed, who is lovely. He told us lots of interesting facts about Dubai on the journey. He is an excellent driver and just so friendly. Once we got to the desert we enjoyed a camel ride, quad bike experience, sand boarding and dune bashing. All the activities were great - lots of photo opportunities, water available (it is very very hot!) and friendly guides. Rasheed took some brilliant photos at sunset. There are lots of upswell moments eg paying for professional photos, buy a sand jar, get a photo with a bird of prey etc. Be aware that they all cost extra, however we didn’t find them too pushy. We enjoyed the evening show. We paid extra for the “VIP table” and for us it was worth it to have a fan and be seated with chairs. We were seated with the family that we shared our transport with and had a lovely time. My only constructive criticism to the company would be that there was too much food!! It was lovely but a lot went to waste because the table of 6 adults couldn’t eat it all! Overall we had a great day and would like to thank Rasheed for his kindness and expertise.

The best tour guide in the world - First of all our driver was on time Sadhik was awesome. We did the atv bike ride, we rode the 🐫 watch the show, the food was awesome. This experience was everything. If you get to go definitely ask for Sadhik, he will make you fit right in.... I loved everything about it

Disheartening Experience: Unprofessional Conduct at the ATV / Quad Tour - My recent visit to the ATV / quad tour left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The instructor's rude and condescending comments towards the kids in our group were completely inappropriate and marred the enjoyment of the experience. He made remarks that belittled the children, implying that they wouldn't be able to ride when parents' themselfs are not able to ride the ATV/Quad. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns to the lady in charge, she seemed disinterested in addressing the issue and was more focused on upselling packages and souvenirs. To my surprise, she even lied to us, claiming that the rude instructor was a mere supervisor, only to later discover that he was, in fact, the owner, and she is related to him. Such unprofessional conduct from individuals in leadership positions is truly disheartening. As a customer, I expect respect and courtesy from all staff members, regardless of their role. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure a more enjoyable and respectful experience for future visitors.
